Since he got a stamp of approval and excellence from his 69 Colebrooke Row bar and Bar Termini in Soho, Founder and conceptual master, Tony Conigliaro’s been luring Londoners with his passion for the obscure and avant-garde.
Tony’s new ‘Untitled bar’ venue is a large concrete space, angula, minimal, moody and modern, oozing the vibe of an abandoned warehouse in Berlin. Untitled is a bar, restaurant, art installation and creative events space based on a collaboration with Studioprototype and the ideology behind Andy Warhol’s iconic Silver Factory.
The drinks menu is twelve Untitled originals, each designed to taste like their namesake, incorporating sight, smell and taste, and the story behind it. We were very impressed by the ‘Snow’ cocktail which contained chalk amongst the ingredients as well as the sexual ceramics in the shape of female private parts!
Untitled has a small restaurant serving Asian dishes and mini asian rice cracker snacks to go with the cocktails. Apparently hot buckwheat noodles in smoked clear chicken broth with crispy chicken skin, cured egg yolk and horseradish is a must try!
