Hidden above the streets of Marylebone, luxury French restaurant Orrery will be transforming it’s secret rooftop into a quaint Provençal garden this summer.
Designed to create a relaxing, elegant ambience, the lavender scented terrace will whisk you away to the south of France with rustic charm.
Head chef Igor Tymchyshyn has created a light al fresco terrace menu, including classic French delights of Herbes de Provence-marinated artichokes, onion and goat’s cheese tart, and an array of French cheeses with toast and chutney from Orrery’s award-winning selection. A la carte menus will also be available on the terrace for lunch and dinner.
The extensive drinks list will focus strongly on champagne and also feature several rosés from Provence. Orrery’s famed Krug Champagne Library will also be available, boasting four different vintages including NV Krug ‘Grandee Cuvée’, Brut by the half bottle, bottle and magnum; NV Krug Rosé, Brut; 1985 Krug Clos du Mesnil, Blanc de Blanc, Brut; and 1985, 1990 and 1998 Krug, Brut by the bottle.
Guests can also experience one of Orrery’s new wine tastings on the terrace, which involves a selection of bespoke pairings, tastings and masterclasses with head sommelier Michael Jenni, for groups of up to 25.
The Orrery terrace is perfect for families, friends and couples alike; it’s ideal Marylebone location and intimate rooftop space provides a stunning, summer retreat for lunch, dinner and evening drinks.
