Tom discovered the concept of MUZAI when living in Tokyo. Each Friday his Japanese friends spent the night socialising over spirit-free and alcoholic green tea cocktails.

Refreshing, citrusy with a hint of spice from chilli and cardamon. Over 50% less sugar than a classic Daiquiri recipe.
INGREDIENTS
MUZAI Lemongrass & Ginger -100ml
Rum – 50ml
Mint
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 12 seconds
2. Fill glass with crushed ice & stir content through
3. Add a reusable or eco straw and mint sprig placed next to the straw for aroma
YUZU MEZCAL SOUR
Yuzu and smokey flavours are a match made in heaven, making Mezcal and Scotch particularly good pairings for the Yuzu & Thyme formula. The agave notes in the Mezcal are nicely accentuated by the organic agave in MUZAI. This cocktail works well when using 50% tequila, 50% mezcal as the spirit base, ensuring the smokiness is hinted rather than overbearing.

METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 12 seconds
2. Fine strain into a short glass of ice
3. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
