As the Swiss Army Knife in Notting Hill’s nightlife scene; MODE is a restaurant, cocktail bar and late night destination venue which promises to remove any question marks from your debauchery schedule.
Morphing every 6 months MODE will be creating highly immersive, limited edition chapters of pop-up inspired experiences. With each phase inspired by a specific concept, MODE will carry the thematic through food and drink offerings and curated installations, which will be set to the beat of an eclectic live music schedule.
Signature dishes include a W11 set beckoning bait of: Blood orange and vodka cured salmon; Miso glazed pollock cheeks, pak choi chive flowers stacked on a roast cauliflower cream waffle; and the Fillet of spiced chocolate rubbed beef, ginger pickled radish and chocolate horseradish, honey and wild garlic butter.
Behind the stick, cocktails will camouflage with the concept. Classics will capture the moment with others on the list exploring the best of modern mixology.
Steered by the Creative Director Robin Collings (co-founder of Shangri-La, Glastonbury) towards hedonistic escapism the venue relishes in the heritage of the location. Set among the opulent arts scene in Notting Hill MODE will host a series of one-of-a-kind art works, from cult famous street artists, such as Obey Giant to Andrew Cross.
Each Thursday brings MODE Live; a night of exclusive live world music performances which are anchored by a headlining artist selected for auditory indulgence.
Giving permanence to everything loved about a pop-up, the story of this venue is one to follow, share and evolve with.
