Hakkasan’s prestigious mother ship is hosting their new Dim Sum Sunday menu, including a mouth-watering array of dishes, cocktails and a bottle of Perrier-Jouët champagne to share.
Hakkasan Hanway Place’s Chef de Cuisine, Chef Ho Hip Wah, has created a unique menu that explores and combines traditional and modern dim sum techniques and flavours – the crispy smoked duck and pumpkin puff, shaped like a little pumpkin, is a perfect example.
Other highlights include Hakkasan’s reputable crispy duck salad, grilled Chilean sea bass and Chinese prawn and crabmeat dumplings with chives. The whole menu is well thought out and there is a full vegetarian menu on offer.
Then… there is the dessert. I’m sure wars have been waged over less. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet or sickly but an exceptional way to end an exceptional dining experience.
The service is outstanding, the staff are friendly, the ambience was spot on.
It’s a perfect way to spend a Sunday.
Priced at £58 per person.
