Harrods have come up with their best innovation to date which will arouse the excitement of the fashionistas, the foodies and the luxury seekers.
The legendary department store have just launched a Dior pop-pop cafe featuring dishes inspired by the 1972 Monsieur Dior’s recipe book, ‘La Cuisine Cousu-Main’.
You’d be pretty stupid not to expect dishes full of elegance and luxury such as a black truffle omelette with dressed salad, a lobster club sandwich, a light peach and strawberry soup with coconut sorbet and poppy seed tuile, among other equally decadent treats and French pastries. They will also host an ‘oh so French’ afternoon tea.
Le cafe is open daily from 10am-8pm until April 14th and does not take bookings. If you’re too rushed to relax in the cafe, the Food Hall will sell special Dior cupcakes and teas.
