Pitching up in their new home on Upper Street, the award winningly succulent Brasilian restaurant CABANA, will be bringing a little bit of their Latin spirit to Islington.
Welcoming in the restaurant ramblers of Upper Street from the 30th of November, they plan to introduce the carnivorous neighborhood to their infamous Spicy Malagueta Chicken and prized sticky barbecue Ribs, alongside a ton of other freshly grilled meats.
As well as the meat treats you can expect some spot hitting and itch scratching street food dishes in the form of Coxinhas (croquettes of shredded chicken and spices) and sides such as Cassava Chips and Brasilian Homeslaw, made with cashews and shredded mango.
CABANA will be offering a typically dark and devious array of Brasilian cocktails, including their nations cherished Caipirinha, perfectly balanced chili and mango Carmen Miranda’s and smooth Strawberry Batidas.
Echoing a free spirited and humble Latin attitude, with up-cycled furniture and washed down wood CABANA creates the perfect venue to experience modern Brasil.
